Machine Feature

1. The cylinder (piston) is engineered with a superior seals structure, seamlessly integrating a judicious design with dependable functionality. It features top-notch YX type polyurethane seals.These seals, crafted from polyurethane instead of rubber, boast remarkable resistance to oil and aging. Our machine incorporates a dual seals structure, ensuring effortless maintenance and enhanced protection.

2. Automatic control: Experience full automation with processes such as mold closing, exhausting, heating with stable temperature maintenance, and timed vulcanization. This includes features like automatic alarming and mold opening, ensuring an uninterrupted vulcanization process.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is easily adjustable and displayed on the digital screen, allowing precise control at your fingertips.

4. Set the vulcanizing time directly via the PLC screen. For instance, if vulcanization is needed for one minute, simply adjust the setting. Upon completion, an alarm sounds and the mold opens automatically.

5. The pillar, constructed from high-quality #45 steel, undergoes quenching and tempering to significantly enhance its hardness, wear resistance, and abrasion resistance.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded using premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eradicate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. Crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, the plunger exhibits exceptional hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer, with a depth of 8-15mm and hardness of HRC 60-70, ensures a long service life for the plunger.

8. The main hydraulic spare parts are sourced from Taiwan, representing the finest in imported quality, ensuring superior reliability over local alternatives.
