The seal components are high-quality YX type.Polyurethane seals (not rubber seals) provide resistance to oil and aging. Our machine's double seals structure allows for easy replacement and maintenance.

2. Fully automated control: Automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating, maintaining stable temperature, and automatic timing for perfect vulcanization.Features include automatic alarm, mold opening, and more for a seamless production experience.

3. The digital display allows for accurate vulcanizing temperature settings and monitoring.

4. Set vulcanizing time directly on the PLC screen. For precise heating and vulcanization, simply input your desired time and let the machine handle the rest.

5. Constructed from high-quality #45 steel, the pillar boasts enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate form utilize premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. Plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, offering high surface hardness and wear resistance. The depth of the chilled layer is 8-15mm, with hardness reaching HRC 60-70, ensuring longevity.

8. Key hydraulic spare parts are sourced from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
