1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates a superior seals structure, intelligently designed for unbeatable reliability. We utilize high-quality YX type polyurethane seals, not rubber seals, offering exceptional oil and aging resistance.Our machine uses a dual seals structure, simplifying maintenance and enhancing protection.

2. Fully Automated Control: From automatic mold closing and air exhausting to heating and maintaining stable temperatures, our system ensures seamless operations. It even features timed vulcanization, alarm alerts, and automatic mold opening.For precise vulcanization, set your desired time on the PLC screen. Upon reaching the set time, the machine alerts and opens the mold automatically.

3. The vulcanizing temperature can be configured and displayed digitally, ensuring accuracy.

4. Set vulcanization time directly on the PLC screen. The system alarms and opens the mold automatically once the set time is reached, ensuring precision every time.

5. Constructed from high-quality #45 steel, the pillar boasts enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive resistance through advanced quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are constructed from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, known for its high hardness and wear resistance. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness of HRC 60-70, it promises longevity and durability.

8. Key hydraulic components are sourced from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality and reliability compared to local brands.
