Product Application

This machine mainly consists of rollers, ZQbull gearbox (except XK-160), electrical cabinet, nylon bush transmission device, main motor, etc. It is widely used for mixing, warming and sheeting rubber, etc.

Main Features

1. The roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron. Their surfaces are hard and wear-resistant, with a hardness of HRC68-75.

2. The ends of rollers are supported by the roller ball bearing bush. It offers smooth operation, energy saving, low noise, and long life.

3. The roll gap adjustment is manually controlled, making the operation simple and straightforward.

4. The machine is equipped with an overloading protection device to safeguard the main components from damage.

5. The machine adopts a single drive type transmission structure with a nylon pin coupling to prevent damage to main parts due to overload.

6. The base is integral, and the transmission mode is closed, ensuring safety and ease of use.

7. The machine is equipped with an emergency button and pulling rope for safety.

8. The machine has four lubrication devices suitable for grease lubrication.
