1. The cylinder (piston) is enhanced with the finest seals structure for unmatched reliability. It employs high-quality YX type polyurethane seals, which are oil and aging resistant, offering easy maintenance and superior protection.

2. Automatic Control: Experience seamless automation with functions including automatic mold closing, exhaustive air management, precise heating, and stable temperature maintenance.Automatic timing for vulcanization, with alarms and automated mold opening, ensures flawless operation.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is digitally displayed for easy monitoring and adjustment.

4. Vulcanizing time is easily set on the PLC screen. Simply input the desired duration, such as 1 minute, and enjoy effortless automation with timely alerts and automatic mold opening.

5. The pillar is crafted from premium #45 steel, with enhanced hardness and wear resistance achieved through quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded with high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasting a surface with high hardness and exceptional wear resistance. The chilled layer depth ranges from 8-15mm, with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring long-lasting durability.
