Machine Feature

 

1. The cylinder (piston) adopts the best seal structure with a reasonable design and reliable function. The quality YX-type polyurethane seals are oil-resistant and aging-resistant. The double seals structure ensures easy maintenance and protection.

2. Automatic control includes auto mold closing, exhausting, heating, stable temperature, timing for vulcanization, alarming, and mold opening, ensuring efficient and seamless operations.

3. Vulcanizing temperature can be set and displayed digitally for precise control.

4. Vulcanizing time is adjustable via the PLC screen. Set the desired time, and the machine will automatically alarm and open the mold when the time is reached.

5. Pillars made of high-quality #45 steel, with improved hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive resistance through quenching and tempering.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are welded with high-quality Q-235A ductile iron, processed by artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. Plunger made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel, with a high hardness and wear-resistant surface. The chilled layer depth is 8-15mm, with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring long life.

8. Main hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, guaranteeing superior quality and performance.
