2. The tilting mechanism is an engineering marvel, composed of a brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and a TP type worm and worm gear system. This innovative design empowers the mixing chamber to pivot gracefully at a 140-degree angle around the front rotor, ensuring optimal mix processing.
3. Our rotor shaft, a testament to durability, features welded wear-resistant alloy on the wing body top and corners. Enhanced with a hardened or polished surface, the mixing chamber's inner walls, upper ram surface, and all stock-contact points are fortified with hard chrome plating or wear-resistant alloy welding, guaranteeing resistance to wear and corrosion.
4. Designed for strength and rigidity, the rotor shaft is a unified structure with the rotor wing body precisely welded onto a bored shaft. The inner cavity of the rotor wing body is equipped for either cooling water or heating steam, ensuring temperature uniformity and enhanced performance.
5. Our mixing chamber boasts a jacket-type hollow structure, with the upper ram also designed hollow to maximize the surface area for cooling or heating, thereby enhancing temperature control and efficiency.
