The cylinder (piston) is equipped with a superior seal structure, offering a well-thought-out design and dependable functionality with high-quality YX type polyurethane seals, which are oil and aging-resistant.Our machine utilizes a dual-seal structure, providing ease of maintenance and protection. These seals are exceptionally durable, resistant to oil and aging, unlike traditional rubber seals.

Automatic Control: Experience effortless operation with automatic mold closing, exhaust, heating, stable temperature maintenance, automatic timing for vulcanization, alarms, and mold opening.All processes are seamlessly automated for maximum productivity, ensuring safety and efficiency in every step.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is programmable and displayed digitally, offering precise control and monitoring.

4. Easily set vulcanizing time on the PLC screen. For instance, set it for 1 minute, and the machine will automatically alert and open the mold upon completion.

5. Crafted from high-quality #45 steel, the pillar undergoes quenching and tempering to enhance hardness, wear, and abrasive resistance, ensuring long-lasting durability.

6. The top beam and bottom plate form a solid structure made from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding treatments, such as artificial vibration or high-temperature aging, eliminate internal stress, preventing deformation.

7. The plunger, crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasts a hardened surface with a depth of chilled layer between 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring extended service life.
