Machine Feature

1. The pneumatic control system offers seamless operation through PLC instructions. Equipped with a bi-directional air cylinder, it ensures the ram moves up or down as needed. In the event of an overload in the mixing chamber, the top ram can be lifted automatically or manually, providing essential protection for the motor against potential overload damage.

2. The tilting mechanism is an engineering masterpiece, comprising a brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, TP-type worm, and worm gear. This sophisticated assembly allows the mixing chamber to tilt a precise 140 degrees around the front rotor, ensuring optimal mixing and ease of discharge.

3. The rotor shaft's wing body top and corners are reinforced with wear-resistant alloy, ensuring longevity. The surface of the rotor shaft, inner walls of the mixing chamber, upper ram surface, and other stock-contact surfaces are hardened, polished, and either plated with hard chrome or enhanced with wear-resistant alloy welding. This guarantees both wear and corrosion resistance for enduring performance.

4. The rotor shaft features an integral structure with the rotor wing body welded onto a bored shaft, significantly enhancing rotor strength and rigidity. The rotor's inner wing body cavity can accommodate cooling water or heating steam, offering versatile temperature control options.

5. The mixing chamber boasts a jacketed hollow structure, with a hollow upper ram designed to maximize cooling or heating areas. This innovative design ensures excellent temperature control and effectivity during operations.

6. The main driving system is a testament to precision engineering, consisting of a main motor, reducer, and connecting gearbox. The odd-speed, face-to-face rotation of the rotors is skillfully executed, optimizing the mixing process.

7. The electrical control system utilizes a high-performance imported PLC device. With all electronic components either imported or based on advanced technology, the system delivers exceptional reliability and efficiency in operation.
