1. The advanced Pneumatic Control System is meticulously orchestrated by high-precision PLC instructions. Equipped with a bi-directional air cylinder, it effortlessly maneuvers the ram up or down. In the event of an overload within the mixing chamber, the top ram intelligently elevates either automatically or manually if needed, diligently safeguarding the motor from any overload damages.

2. The innovative Tilting Mechanism features a robust brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP type worm and worm gear assembly. This powerful combination allows the mixing chamber to smoothly tilt by an impressive 140 degrees around the front rotor, ensuring seamless operation.

3. Engineered with precision, the rotor shaft wing body top and wing corner are fortified with wear-resistant alloy. The rotor shaft surface, inner mixing chamber wall, upper ram, and all other surfaces interacting with stock are expertly hardened, polished, and plated with hard chrome, or reinforced with wear-resistant alloy welding. This ensures exceptional wear and corrosion resistance, enhancing durability and longevity.

4. The rotor shaft boasts an integral structure with the rotor wing body robustly welded onto the bored shaft, significantly enhancing the strength and stiffness of the rotor. Additionally, the rotor's inner wing body cavity is designed to accommodate the flow of cooling water or heating steam, optimizing thermal management.

5. The Mixing Chamber features an innovative jacket type hollow structure. The upper ram is also hollow, strategically increasing the cooling or heating area, thus optimizing temperature control effectiveness and achieving superior thermal management.

6. The Main Driving System comprises a powerful main motor, efficient reducer, and connecting gearbox. This system efficiently achieves odd-speed and face-to-face rotation of the rotors, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.

7. The Electrical Control System incorporates a state-of-the-art imported PLC device. Every electronic component is either directly imported or made using advanced introduction technology, significantly boosting the system's reliability and consistency.
