1. The cylinder (piston) features an advanced seal structure, ensuring reliable and efficient performance. High-quality YX-type polyurethane seals provide exceptional resistance to oil and aging.Our machine incorporates a double-seal structure for enhanced protection and ease of maintenance, ensuring the seals are easy to replace and long-lasting.

Automated control features include automatic mold closing, exhaust, heating, temperature stabilization, vulcanization timing, alarms, and mold opening, streamlining the entire process.The machine automates every step-from vulcanization timing to temperature control-ensuring consistent and high-quality results.

3. The digital display allows precise setting and monitoring of vulcanizing temperatures, ensuring accuracy in every batch.

4. With the PLC screen, you can set the vulcanizing time effortlessly. For instance, if you need a 1-minute vulcanization, simply set it, and the machine will automatically alarm and open the mold after the set time.

5. Crafted from high-quality #45 steel, the pillar undergoes quenching and tempering, significantly enhancing its hardness, wear resistance, and durability.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are constructed from premium Q-235A ductile iron, with post-welding treatment through artificial vibration or high-temperature aging to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a hardened surface with a depth of 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring long-lasting durability.
