1. The cylinder (piston) is designed with premium seals and a structure that guarantees reliability and optimal performance. The seals are made from high-quality YX type polyurethane, known for their oil and aging resistance.Our machine features a double seals structure that is easy to change and maintain, prolonging the lifespan and efficiency of the components.

2. Fully automated control system: includes automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating, temperature stabilization, and timing for vulcanization.This also incorporates automatic alarms and mold opening, providing a comprehensive hands-free operation.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is digitally displayed and can be set to precise requirements.

4. Easily set the vulcanizing time on the PLC screen. For instance, setting it to 1 minute will prompt the machine to alarm and open the mold automatically once the time elapses.

5. Constructed with high-quality #45 steel, the pillar features enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from high-grade Q-235A ductile iron and undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel, offering high hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth ranges from 8-15mm with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long service life.

8. Key hydraulic components are imported from Taiwan, guaranteeing superior quality and performance over local brands.
