1. The cylinder (piston) features an optimal seals structure with a well-thought-out design. It includes top-quality YX type polyurethane seals, which are resistant to oil and aging. The double seals structure ensures easy maintenance and enhanced protection.Our machine utilizes high-quality polyurethane seals (contrary to rubber seals), which offer excellent oil resistance and longevity. The double seals structure facilitates easy replacement and maximized protection.

2. Fully automated control system: automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating, maintaining a stable temperature, vulcanization timing, alarming, and automatic mold opening.This system ensures automatic mold functions, including closing, exhausting, heating, stable temperature maintenance, vulcanization timing, alarming, and mold opening.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is fully programmable and displayed digitally, allowing for precise control and monitoring.

4. Vulcanizing time is easily set on the PLC screen. For example, if you need to vulcanize for just one minute, simply set it, and the machine will alarm and automatically open the mold once the time is reached.

5. Crafted from high-quality #45 steel, the pillar exhibits enhanced hardness, wear, and abrasion resistance, achieved through rigorous quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are meticulously welded from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stresses and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is manufactured from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, offering superior hardness and wear resistance. It features a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring exceptional durability.

8. Key hydraulic components are imported from Taiwan, guaranteeing superior quality and reliability over local brands.
