1. The cylinder piston utilizes the finest seals structure with a well-thought-out design and dependable function. Features top-quality YX type polyurethane seals for superior oil and aging resistance.Our machine incorporates a double seals structure, facilitating easy maintenance and protection, utilizing oil-resistant polyurethane seals rather than rubber.

2. Automatic Control: Fully automated mold closing, exhausting, heating, stable temperature maintenance, timing for vulcanization, alarming, and mold opening, offering seamless operation.The entire vulcanization process is automatically controlled for enhanced efficiency.

3. Vulcanizing temperature can be set and displayed digitally, ensuring precise control.

4. Vulcanizing time is adjustable via the PLC screen. Set your desired time, and the machine will automatically alert and open the mold upon completion.

5. The pillar is constructed from premium #45 steel, significantly enhancing hardness, wear, and abrasive resistance through quenching and tempering.

6. The top beam and bottom plate form a robust structure, welded from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron, treated to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, offering high surface hardness and wear resistance, with a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring long-lasting performance.
