1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates an optimal seals structure featuring a thoughtful design and dependable functionality. The seals part consists of high-quality YX type.Polyurethane seals (not rubber), which are oil-resistant and aging-resistant. Our machine utilizes a double seals structure, making seals easy to change and providing superior protection.

2. Full automation: automatic mold closing, air exhausting, precision heating with stable temperature maintenance, timed vulcanization, alarm alerts, and automated mold opening.vulcanization, automatic alarming, automatic mold opening, etc.

3. The vulcanizing temperature can be set and displayed on a digital display for accurate monitoring.

4. Vulcanizing time is adjustable via the PLC screen. Set it for 1 minute, and the machine will alarm and automatically open the mold when the time is reached.

5. The pillar is crafted from high-quality #45 steel, enhancing hardness, wear resistance, and overall durability through quenching and tempering.

6. The top beam and bottom plate form are constructed from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a surface with high hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer is 8-15mm deep, with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long lifespan.

8. Key hydraulic components are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
