1. The cylinder (piston) utilizes an optimal sealing structure, featuring top-quality YX-type polyurethane seals that are oil and aging-resistant. Our machine employs a dual-seal structure that is easy to replace and maintain.
2. Fully Automatic Control: Includes automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating, and temperature stabilization, with automatic timing forvulcanization, alarms, and automatic mold opening.
3. The vulcanizing temperature is easily set and displayed on the digital screen.
4. The vulcanizing time is adjustable via the PLC screen. For example, set it for 1 minute, and the machine will alarm and automatically open the mold after the set time.
5. The pillar is constructed from high-quality #45 steel, significantly enhancing hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering.
6. The top beam and bottom plate are welded with superior Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they're treated with artificial vibration or high-temperature aging to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
7. The plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel, offering high hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth is 8-15mm with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long service life.
8. Major hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, ensuring better quality and performance than local brands.
