1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates the best seals structure with a well-considered design and dependable functionality. The sealing components are of superior quality, utilizing YX type polyurethane seals, which are oil-resistant and anti-aging. Our machine employs a dual-seal structure that is easy to replace and maintain.Utilizing high-quality polyurethane seals instead of rubber seals (which are more resistant to oil and aging), our machine ensures a longer lifespan with a double-seal structure that is user-friendly for replacements and maintenance.

The automatic control system offers comprehensive automation, including auto mold closing, exhausting, heating, temperature stabilization, timed vulcanization, alarming, and mold opening.Experience unparalleled automation with features such as auto mold closing, efficient air exhausting, consistent heating, stable temperature maintenance, timed vulcanization, automatic alarms, and seamless mold opening.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is digitally displayed and can be precisely set, ensuring optimal conditions for each production batch.

4. Set the vulcanizing time directly on the PLC screen. For instance, if you need to heat and vulcanize for 1 minute, you can set it directly. The machine will alarm and open the mold automatically once the time elapses, ensuring perfect results every time.

5. Constructed from high-quality #45 steel, the pillar undergoes quenching and tempering to significantly enhance its hardness, wear resistance, and durability.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is fabricated from LG-P cold hard alloy steel. With a high hardness surface and wear-resistant properties, it features a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring prolonged service life.

8. Our machine incorporates primarily imported hydraulic spare parts from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality and performance over locally sourced components.
