1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates a top-tier sealing structure for maximum reliability. Utilizing YX-type polyurethane seals, it offers excellent oil and aging resistance. The innovative double-seal design ensures easy maintenance and enhanced protection.

2. Complete automation: automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating, temperature stability, vulcanization timing, alarming, and mold opening.vulcanization, automatic alarms, and mold opening.

3. Digital display allows precise vulcanizing temperature settings.

4. Set vulcanizing times directly on the PLC screen. For instance, a 1-minute setting will trigger an alarm and automatic mold opening upon completion.

5. Constructed from premium #45 steel, the pillar boasts enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from Q-235A ductile iron, rigorously processed to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, offering a hardened surface with exceptional wear resistance. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness of HRC 60-70, it ensures long service life.
