1. Our cylinder (piston) utilizes an advanced seal structure, boasting an impeccable design and reliable functionality. The YX-type polyurethane seals offer superior oil resistance and aging resistance. Our double-seal system ensures easy maintenance and long-lasting protection.

2. Fully automated control: Experience hassle-free operation with features like automatic mold closing, exhaust, heating, stable temperature maintenance, and accurate timing.Simply set the parameters, and the machine will handle vulcanization, alarms, and mold opening automatically.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is easily set and displayed digitally for precise monitoring.

4. Set the vulcanizing time directly on the PLC screen. For instance, to heat and vulcanize for 1 minute, just set it, and when the time is up, the machine will alarm and open the mold automatically.

5. Crafted from high-quality #45 steel, our pillars are quenched and tempered for enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and durability.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are constructed from premium Q-235A ductile iron, welded and processed via artificial vibration or high-temperature aging to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a high hardness and wear-resistant surface. The chilled layer is 8-15mm deep with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long lifespan.

8. Our machine incorporates mainly imported hydraulic spare parts from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality and reliability over local brands.
