1. The piston cylinder is engineered with top-tier seals structure, ensuring a well-thought-out design and dependable functionality. Features high-quality YX-type polyurethane seals, offering excellent oil and aging resistance. Our innovative double-seal structure ensures easy maintenance and enhanced protection.This machine utilizes premium polyurethane seals, not rubber, for superior oil resistance and aging durability. Our machine's dual-seal structure makes seal replacement and protection a breeze.

2. Experience unmatched automation: the machine automatically handles mold closure, air exhausting, heating, temperature stabilization, and precise timing forvulcanization. It also features automatic alarms and mold opening for seamless operations.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is effortlessly set and displayed on the digital screen for your convenience.

4. Easily set the vulcanizing time using the PLC screen. For example, if a 1-minute heat and vulcanize cycle is desired, simply set the timer. Once the minute elapses, the machine alerts you and opens the mold automatically.

5. The pillar is crafted from high-quality #45 steel, significantly enhancing its hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded using high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eradicate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger, made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, possesses a high hardness and wear-resistant surface. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness of HRC 60-70, the plunger promises exceptional longevity.

8. Our machine incorporates primarily imported hydraulic spare parts from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
