Machine Feature

1. The cylinder (piston) integrates the finest seal structure, boasting an intelligent design and unparalleled reliability. The sealing component employs superior quality YX typepolyurethane seals (opposed to traditional rubber seals), offering exceptional resistance to oil and aging. Our machine employs a dual-seal structure to ensure longevity and ease of maintenance.

2. Effortless Automatic Control: Experience the convenience of automatic mold closure, efficient gas venting, consistent heating with stable temperature maintenance, and precisely timed vulcanization. Additional features include automatic alarms and seamless mold opening, enhancing operational efficiency.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is adjustable and prominently displayed on a digital screen, providing clear and precise control.

4. Set your vulcanizing time effortlessly on the PLC screen. For example, if a 1-minute cycle is required, simply input the time. Upon completion, the machine will alert you and automatically open the mold.

5. The pillar is crafted from premium-grade #45 steel, which undergoes quenching and tempering to significantly enhance its hardness, wear resistance, and durability.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are meticulously welded using high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is constructed from LG-P cold-hard alloy steel, featuring a surface with remarkable hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer ranges from 8-15mm in depth, with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring extended longevity.
