This machine primarily comprises rollers, ZQbull gearbox (except XK-160), electrical cabinet, nylon bush transmission device, and main motor. It is widely utilized for mixing, warming, and sheeting rubber.

1. The roller is crafted from alloy chilled cast iron. The surface is exceptionally hard and wear-resistant, with a hardness rating of HRC68-75.

2. Roller ends are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, ensuring smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and extended lifespan.

3. Roll gap adjustment is controlled manually, offering simple operation.

4. Equipped with an overloading protection device to safeguard main components from damage.

5. Features a single drive type transmission structure with a nylon pin coupling to prevent damage from transmission part overload.

6. The base is an integral type, and the transmission mode is closed, ensuring safety and ease of use.

7. Safety devices include an emergency button and pulling rope.

8. Equipped with four lubrication devices suitable for grease lubrication.

9. Utilizes a PLC control cabinet, adaptable to your local industrial voltage and frequency.
