Main Features
1. The cylinder (piston) is designed with the finest seal structure, ensuring optimal design and dependable performance. We utilize high-quality YX type polyurethane seals, which surpass conventional rubber seals due to their superior oil resistance and aging resistance. Our machine incorporates a dual-seal structure, making seal replacement and maintenance exceptionally straightforward.
2. Fully automated control system: Experience seamless operations with automatic mold closing, precise exhausting, consistent heating, and stable temperature maintenance, all accompanied by accurate timing for vulcanization and automated alarms, concluding with automatic mold opening.
3. The vulcanizing temperature is adjustable and is conveniently displayed on a digital screen.
