Machine Feature

1. The pneumatic control system is ingeniously governed by PLC instructions, utilizing a bi-directional air cylinder to ingeniously maneuver the ram upwards or downwards. In the event of an overload within the mixing chamber, the top ram is designed to elevate automatically or can be manually adjusted if necessary, thereby safeguarding the motor from potential overload.

2. The tilting mechanism is expertly crafted, comprising a brake motor, a cycloidal gear reducer, and a TP type worm and worm gear, among other components. This sophisticated assembly enables the mixing chamber to perform an impressive 140-degree tilt around the front rotor.

3. The rotor shaft wing body top and wing corner are meticulously constructed with a wear-resistant alloy. The rotor shaft surface, as well as the inner wall of the mixing chamber, upper ram surface, and any other surfaces in contact with stock, are hardened or polished, then plated with hard chrome or skillfully welded with wear-resistant alloy. Hence, they boast remarkable wear and corrosion resistance.

4. The rotor shaft is an integral structure with the rotor wing body expertly welded onto a bored shaft, greatly enhancing the rotor's strength and stiffness. Additionally, the rotor's inner wing body cavity allows for the circulation of cooling water or heating steam, ensuring optimal temperature management.

5. The mixing chamber features a jacket-type hollow structure. The upper ram is hollow, which amplifies the cooling or heating area, thereby significantly improving temperature control efficacy.

6. The main driving system is a well-orchestrated ensemble, featuring a main motor, reducer, and connecting gearbox, achieving odd-speed and face-to-face rotation of rotors with precision.

7. The electrical control system utilizes an advanced imported PLC device. All electronic components are sourced from imported or leading-edge technology products, thereby enhancing the overall reliability and superiority of the system.
