1. The cylinder (piston) is designed with the best seal structure. It incorporates high-quality YX-type polyurethane seals that are oil and aging resistant for enhanced durability and performance.Our machine utilizes a dual-seal structure, making the seal parts easy to replace and maintain, thereby protecting the machine's longevity.

2. Fully automated control system: automatic mold closing, exhaustive air removal, precise heating with stable temperature maintenance, timed vulcanization, automatic alarms, and automatic mold opening.Vulcanization timing is meticulously controlled; automatic alarming and mold opening features ensure safety and efficiency.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is easily set and displayed on a digital screen for user convenience.

4. Set your desired vulcanizing time directly on the PLC screen. For instance, if you require a 1-minute heating and vulcanization cycle, simply set it, and the machine will alarm and open the mold automatically when the time is reached.

5. The pillar is constructed from high-quality #45 steel, with enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and durability achieved through quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring long-term structural integrity and deformation resistance.

7. The plunger is made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a high-hardness, wear-resistant surface. The plunger's chilled layer ranges from 8-15mm in depth, with a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long service life.

8. Our hydraulic spare parts are primarily imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality compared to local brands.
