1. Piston cylinder with the best sealing structure, featuring YX-type polyurethane seals, known for oil resistance and longevity. Our dual-seal design is user-friendly and easy to maintain.

2. Fully automated operations: automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating, and temperature stability, with automatic timing forvulcanization. Ensures automatic alarms and mold opening for a seamless process.

3. Digital display of vulcanizing temperature settings.

4. Vulcanizing time can be precisely set via the PLC screen. Simply set your desired time, and the machine will handle the rest, including alarms and automatic mold opening.

5. High-quality #45 steel pillars, enhanced for hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering.

6. Top beam and bottom plate made from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatments ensure structural integrity and prevent deformation.

7. Plunger made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a high-hardness, wear-resistant surface. The chilled layer has a depth of 8-15mm and hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring long-lasting performance.
