Incorporating top-quality YX-type polyurethane seals, it offers outstanding oil and aging resistance.The machine employs a double seals structure for enhanced protection and easy maintenance, ensuring longevity and superior performance.

3. Vulcanizing temperature settings are clearly displayed digitally, allowing easy adjustments and precise control.

4. Set your vulcanizing time directly on the PLC screen. For instance, if set for 1 minute, the machine will alarm, and the mold will open automatically, ensuring perfect timing every session.

5. The pillar is crafted from premium #45 steel, significantly enhancing its hardness, wear, and abrasive resistance through quenching and tempering processes.

6. The structural integrity is further reinforced as the top beam and bottom plate are meticulously welded with high-quality Q-235A ductile iron, followed by artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. Constructed from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, the plunger boasts exceptional hardness and wear resistance, with a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness of HRC 60-70, promising a prolonged lifespan.
