Product Application

This state-of-the-art machine comprises rollers, ZQbull gearbox (except XK-160), electrical cabinet, nylon bush transmission device, main motor, etc. It is extensively used for the critical processes of mixing, warming, and sheeting rubber.

1. The roller is constructed from alloy chilled cast iron, providing a hard and wear-resistant surface with a hardness rating of HRC 68-75.

2. The rollers are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, offering smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and long service life.

3. The roll gap adjustment is manually controlled, ensuring simplicity and ease of operation.

4. Equipped with an overloading protection device, the machine protects main components from damage.

5. Utilizing a single-drive transmission structure and nylon pin coupling, the machine prevents damage to main parts from transmission overload.

6. The integrated base and closed transmission mode ensure safety and ease of use.

7. For safety, the machine is fitted with an emergency button and pulling rope.

8. The machine includes four sets of lubrication devices suitable for grease lubrication, ensuring smooth operation.
