1. The innovative cylinder (piston) incorporates the finest seal structure, boasting a thoughtful design and dependable functionality. Utilizing superior quality YX type seals,our choice of polyurethane seals (distinctly not rubber) provides outstanding oil resistance and excellent aging resistance. Our machine proudly features a dual seal structure, ensuring easy replacement and extended protection of the seals.

Experience seamless operation with our advanced automatic control system: enjoy automatic mold closing, precise exhausting, consistent heating, stable temperature maintenance, and accurately timed vulcanization. The system includes automatic alarms and effortless mold opening, among other features.

3. The digital display allows for precise setting and real-time monitoring of the vulcanizing temperature.

4. Easily program vulcanizing time via the intuitive PLC screen. For instance, if a 1-minute heating cycle is desired, simply set it, and the machine will alert you and automatically open the mold upon completion.

5. Crafted from premium #45 steel, the pillars exhibit enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and abrasion resistance thanks to rigorous quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are meticulously welded using superior Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eradicate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger, constructed from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasts an exceptionally hard and wear-resistant surface. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, the plunger promises an extended service life.
