1. The cylinder piston features an optimal seal structure, combining thoughtful design with dependable functionality. Equipped with high-quality YX seals, it's crafted for excellence.Utilizing polyurethane seals (superior to rubber seals), they offer exceptional resistance to oil and aging. Our dual-seal structure simplifies maintenance and enhances protection.

2. Embrace automation: automatic mold closing, efficient exhausting, consistent heating, and steady temperature maintenance. Plus, automatic timing forvulcanization, built-in alarms, and automated mold opening for optimal workflow.

3. Set and monitor vulcanizing temperature effortlessly on our digital display, ensuring precision at every stage.

4. Vulcanizing time is easily adjustable via the PLC screen. Simply set your desired duration, and once complete, the machine will alert you and open the mold automatically.

5. The pillar, crafted from premium #45 steel, undergoes quenching and tempering to substantially enhance hardness, wear, and abrasive resistance.

6. Constructed with Q-235A ductile iron, the top beam and bottom plate form a robust welded structure. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eradicate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is manufactured from LG-P cold hard alloy steel. It boasts high surface hardness and wear resistance, with a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness rated at HRC 60-70, ensuring prolonged life.

8. Our machine's key hydraulic components are imported from Taiwan, emphasizing superior quality over local alternatives.
