1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates an optimal seals structure, boasting a well-thought-out design and reliable function. The seals are premium quality YX typepolyurethane seals (not rubber), which are oil-resistant and aging-resistant. Our machine features a double seals structure, and the seals are easy to replace and maintain

2. Fully automatic control: automatic mold closing, automatic air exhaust, automatic heating with stable temperature maintenance, automatic timing forvulcanization, automatic alarms, and automatic mold opening, ensuring a hassle-free process

3. The vulcanizing temperature can be set and displayed digitally, providing precise control

4. Vulcanizing time can be set via the PLC screen. For instance, if you need to heat and vulcanize for 1 minute, simply set it directly. When the time is up, the machine will alarm and open the mold automatically

5. Pillar crafted from high-quality #45 steel, significantly enhancing hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive resistance through quenching and tempering

6. The top beam and bottom plate are constructed from superior Q-235A ductile iron. After welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation

7. Plunger made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel with a high hardness, wear-resistant surface. The chilled layer depth is 8-15mm, with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring long-lasting durability

8. Major hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, ensuring top-notch quality and performance
