Our innovative tilting mechanism, featuring a robust brake motor, advanced cycloidal gear reducer, and a state-of-the-art TP type worm and worm gear assembly, effortlessly commands the mixing chamber to tilt an impressive 140 degrees around the front rotor, ensuring optimal mixing efficiency and ease of discharge.
3. The rotor shaft wing body and corners are expertly welded with a wear-resistant alloy, providing exceptional durability. The rotor shaft surface, mixing chamber inner walls, upper ram surface, and all stock-contact areas are meticulously hardened or polished and plated with hard chrome or enhanced with wear-resistant alloy welding. This results in outstanding wear and corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity and reliability.
4. The rotor shaft boasts an integral structure, with the rotor wing body securely welded onto a precisely bored shaft. This design significantly enhances the rotor's strength and stiffness, while the inner cavity of the rotor wing body is ingeniously designed to allow the flow of cooling water or heating steam, optimizing temperature management during operation.
5. The mixing chamber is ingeniously crafted with a jacket-type hollow structure. The upper ram is also hollow, optimizing the cooling or heating surface area, which significantly enhances the temperature control effect, ensuring consistent and high-quality mixing results.
