Product Application

This machine primarily includes rollers, ZQbull gearbox (except XK-160), electrical cabinet, nylon bush transmission device, main motor, etc. Ideal for mixing, warming, and sheeting rubber, among other uses.

1. The roller is crafted from alloy chilled cast iron, ensuring a hard and wear-resistant surface with a hardness of HRC68-75.

2. Rollers are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, offering smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and extended lifespan.

3. The roll gap adjustment is manually controlled for straightforward operation.

4. An overloading protection device is included to safeguard the main components from damage.

5. The machine features a single-drive transmission structure with a nylon pin coupling to prevent damage from transmission overloads.

6. The base is an integral type with a closed transmission mode, ensuring safety and ease of use.

7. Safety features include an emergency button and pulling rope.

8. Equipped with four lubrication devices, it is suitable for grease lubrication.
