4. Set your vulcanizing time directly on the intuitive PLC screen. For instance, if you need a 1-minute cycle, simply input your preference. Upon completion, the machine will sound an alert and automatically release the mold.

5. The pillars of this machine are crafted from top-grade #45 steel. They undergo quenching and tempering processes to dramatically enhance hardness, wear resistance, and overall durability.

6. Constructed from Q-235A ductile iron, the top beam and bottom plate are meticulously welded. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatments to eradicate internal stress, ensuring structural integrity and preventing deformation.

7. Made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, the plunger's surface features exceptional hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer, with a depth of 8-15mm and a hardness of HRC 60-70, guarantees the plunger's longevity.
