Product Application

This robust machine primarily consists of rollers, a ZQ bull gearbox (except XK-160), an electrical cabinet, a nylon bush transmission device, and a main motor. It is extensively utilized for mixing, warming, and sheeting rubber, among other applications.

Main Features

1. The rollers are crafted from alloy chilled cast iron. Their surfaces are exceptionally hard and wear-resistant, with a surface hardness of HRC 68-75.


2. The ends of the rollers are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, providing the advantages of smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and long lifespan.


3. The roll gap adjustment is manually controlled, ensuring straightforward operation.


4. The machine is equipped with an overloading protection device to safeguard the main components from damage.


5. Featuring a single drive-type transmission structure, the machine uses a nylon pin coupling to prevent damage to key parts due to overload in the transmission section.


6. Designed for safety and ease of use, the base is an integral type with a closed transmission mode.


7. For enhanced safety, the machine is equipped with an emergency button and a pulling rope.


8. The machine includes four sets of lubrication devices suitable for grease lubrication.


9. The machine is integrated with a PLC control cabinet, ensuring compatibility with local industrial voltage and frequency requirements.
