Machine Feature

 

1. The cylinder (piston) adopts an optimal seal structure, featuring a well-thought-out design and dependable functionality. The sealing component uses high-quality YX type seals.Utilizes superior polyurethane seals (not rubber seals), which are oil-resistant and age-resistant. The machine employs a double seals structure, making the sealing components easy to replace and maintain.

2. Automatic control system: includes automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating, temperature stabilization, timing for vulcanization, alarm notifications, and automatic mold opening.vulcanization, automatic alarm notifications, and automatic mold opening for seamless operation.

3. The vulcanizing temperature can be set and displayed digitally, ensuring precise control.

4. Vulcanizing time can be easily set on the PLC screen. For instance, set it to 1 minute, and the machine will alarm and automatically open the mold once the time is reached.

5. The pillar is crafted from high-quality #45 steel, significantly enhancing hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are welded from superior Q-235A ductile iron and undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring high hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth is 8-15mm, with a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring long-lasting performance.

8. Major hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, providing superior quality compared to local brands.
