The cylinder (piston) features a superior sealing structure designed for exceptional reliability and efficiency, utilizing high-quality YX type polyurethane seals.These seals are oil resistant and aging resistant. Our machine employs a dual-seal structure, facilitating easy maintenance and extended protection.

2. Experience the convenience of automatic functionalities including mold closing, exhaust, heating, stable temperature maintenance, vulcanization timing, alerts, and mold opening.The machine automates the entire process for unparalleled efficiency.

3. The digital display allows you to easily set and monitor the vulcanizing temperature for precise control.

4. Seamlessly set vulcanizing time on the PLC screen; simply choose your desired duration, and the machine will notify and automatically open the mold upon completion.

5. The pillar is crafted from premium #45 steel, elevating hardness, wear resistance, and durability through advanced heat treatments.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded from high-grade Q-235A ductile iron, followed by stress-relieving treatments for stability and integrity.

7. The plunger, made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasts an impressive hardness and wear resistance, with a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness scale of HRC 60-70 for long-lasting reliability.
