1. The cylinder (piston) boasts an advanced seal structure with superior design and reliable functionality. The YX-type polyurethane seals are oil and aging resistant, ensuring long-lasting performance.This machine features a dual-seal structure, making the seals easy to replace and maintain, prolonging the machine's lifespan.

2. Fully automatic control system: automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating, temperature maintenance, timing for vulcanization, alarming, and mold opening for effortless operation.vulcanization, automatic alarming, automatic mold opening, etc.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is easily set and displayed on the digital screen for precise control.

4. Vulcanizing time settings are available on the PLC screen. Set the desired duration, and the machine will automatically alarm and open the mold upon completion.

5. Constructed with high-quality #45 steel, the pillar undergoes quenching and tempering to enhance hardness, wear resistance, and durability.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from premium Q-235A ductile iron. They undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel, with a high hardness and wear-resistant surface. The chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness of HRC 60-70 ensure a long service life.

8. Key hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality and reliability over local brands.
