1. The cylinder (piston) features an advanced seals structure with a well-thought-out design and dependable functionality. It uses high-quality YX-type polyurethane seals, which are superior to traditional rubber seals.These polyurethane seals are oil resistant and aging resistant. Our machine employs a dual seals structure that is easy to replace and maintain, ensuring long-lasting protection.

2. Fully automatic control includes mold closing, exhausting, heating, and stable temperature maintenance. The system also offers automatic timing forvulcanization, alarming, and mold opening, streamlining the entire process.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is digitally displayed and can be set according to specific needs, providing precise control.

4. Vulcanizing time is easily programmable via the PLC screen. For instance, if you need to heat and vulcanize for 1 minute, simply set the timer. The system will alert you upon completion and automatically open the mold.

5. Constructed from high-quality #45 steel, the pillars are quenched and tempered for exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and durability.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a surface with high hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer is 8-15mm deep, with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long service life.

8. Key hydraulic components are sourced from Taiwan, guaranteeing superior quality over local alternatives.
