1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates the best seal structure, offering a well-designed and reliable function. The seals used are top-quality YX type.Polyurethane seals (not rubber seals) are oil-resistant and aging-resistant. Our machine adopts a double seal structure for easy maintenance and long-lasting protection.

2. Fully automatic controls: automatic mold closing, automatic exhaust, automatic heating with stable temperature maintenance, automatic timing forvulcanization, automatic alarm system, automatic mold opening, etc.

3. The vulcanizing temperature can be easily set and monitored on the digital display.

4. The vulcanizing time is programmable via the PLC screen. For example, setting it to heat and vulcanize for 1 minute will trigger an automatic alarm and mold opening after the set time.

5. The pillar is crafted from high-quality #45 steel, with enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and durability achieved through quenching and tempering.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are welded from superior quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is fabricated from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a surface with high hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth ranges from 8-15mm, with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long lifespan.

8. Key hydraulic components are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality compared to local brands.
