2. The sophisticated tilting mechanism, powered by a brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP-type worm and worm gear assembly, enables the mixing chamber to tilt effortlessly by 140 degrees around the front rotor, enhancing operational efficiency.
3. The rotor shaft wing body and wing corners boast a robust weld with wear-resistant alloy. Surfaces including the rotor shaft, mixing chamber inner wall, and upper ram are meticulously hardened, polished, and plated with hard chrome or similarly treated with wear-resistant alloy welding, ensuring superior wear and corrosion resistance.
4. The integral structure of the rotor shaft features a welded rotor wing body on a bored shaft, significantly enhancing the rotor's strength and stiffness. Additionally, the rotor inner wing body cavity is designed for optimal cooling with water or heating with steam.
5. The mixing chamber showcases a jacket-type hollow structure, while the upper ram is ingeniously hollowed to amplify cooling or heating surface area, thus optimizing temperature control efficiency.
6. The main driving system is a marvel of engineering, incorporating the main motor, reducer, and connecting gearbox to achieve odd-speed and face-to-face rotor rotation, delivering exceptional performance.
7. The state-of-the-art electrical control system, utilizing an imported PLC device, features all electronic components either imported or using advanced technology, ensuring unparalleled system reliability.
