1. The cylinder (piston) integrates top-tier seals, featuring a well-conceived design and dependable functionality. Utilizing high-quality YX-type polyurethane seals, our machine offers superior oil and aging resistance, ease of maintenance, and enhanced durability.Our machine employs a dual-seal structure for increased reliability. The seals are made of high-quality polyurethane, ensuring excellent oil resistance and longevity, and are designed for easy replacement and protection.

2. Full automation capabilities: automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating with stable temperature maintenance, precise vulcanization timing, automatic alarm, and mold opening.vulcanization, automatic alarm, and automatic mold opening for efficient and worry-free operations.

3. The vulcanizing temperature can be easily set and displayed on a digital screen, providing precision and control.

4. The vulcanizing time is programmable via the PLC screen. Set the desired heating and vulcanizing duration, and the machine will automatically alert and open the mold upon completion.

5. The pillars are crafted from high-quality #45 steel, enhanced through quenching and tempering to achieve superior hardness, wear resistance, and longevity.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are constructed from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasting a high hardness and wear-resistant surface. The depth of the chilled layer is 8-15mm, with a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring an extended lifespan.

8. The primary hydraulic components are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality and reliability over local alternatives.
