3. Our rotor is engineered for durability, featuring a rotor shaft wing body and wing corner meticulously welded with wear-resistant alloy. The rotor shaft surface, along with the mixing chamber's inner walls and upper ram surface, is either hardened or polished, plated with hard chrome, or fortified with wear-resistant alloy welding, thereby ensuring exceptional resistance to wear and corrosion.
4. The rotor shaft boasts an integral structure with a rotor wing body welded onto the bored shaft, significantly enhancing the rotor's strength and stiffness. Additionally, the rotor's inner wing body cavity can be utilized for cooling water or heating steam, offering versatile temperature management.
