1. Experience flawless operation with our advanced pneumatic control system, meticulously managed through precise PLC instructions. The high-performance bi-directional air cylinder ensures seamless ram movement, automatically or manually adjusting the top ram to prevent overloading in the mixing chamber, thus securing the motor's longevity and efficiency.

2. Crafted for excellence, the tilting mechanism integrates a robust brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP type worm gear. This sophisticated system empowers the mixing chamber with a smooth and controlled tilt of 140 degrees around the front rotor, enhancing operational flexibility.

3. Our rotor is engineered for durability, featuring a rotor shaft wing body and wing corner meticulously welded with wear-resistant alloy. The rotor shaft surface, along with the mixing chamber's inner walls and upper ram surface, is either hardened or polished, plated with hard chrome, or fortified with wear-resistant alloy welding, thereby ensuring exceptional resistance to wear and corrosion.

4. The rotor shaft boasts an integral structure with a rotor wing body welded onto the bored shaft, significantly enhancing the rotor's strength and stiffness. Additionally, the rotor's inner wing body cavity can be utilized for cooling water or heating steam, offering versatile temperature management.

5. The mixing chamber features an innovative jacket-type hollow structure, while the upper ram is designed with a hollow interior to maximize cooling or heating efficiency and optimize temperature control.

6. Our main driving system is powered by a robust main motor, complemented by a reducer and connecting gearbox, achieving odd-speed and face-to-face rotor rotation for superior operational performance.
