1. The roller is crafted from alloy chilled cast iron, ensuring an exceptionally hard and wear-resistant surface, with a surface hardness of HRC68-75.


2. Roller ends are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, offering smooth operation, energy efficiency, reduced noise, and extended lifespan.


3. Roll gap adjustment is manually controlled, providing simplicity and ease for all operations.


4. An overloading protection device is installed to safeguard key components from damage.


5. Single drive type transmission structure with nylon pin coupling prevents damage from transmission overload.
