1. The cylinder (piston) features the best sealing structure with a thoughtful design and reliable performance. Our high-quality YX-type polyurethane seals are oil and aging resistant, featuring an easily replaceable double-seal structure for extended protection.
2. Comprehensive automatic control including mold closing, exhausting, heating, stable temperature maintenance, timing forvulcanization, alarming, and mold opening, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
3. Digital display allows precise setting and monitoring of vulcanizing temperature.
4. PLC screen setting for vulcanizing time. For instance, set it directly to 1 minute, and the machine will automatically alarm and open the mold once the time is reached.
5. Constructed from high-quality #45 steel, the pillar has been quenched and tempered for enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and durability.
6. The top beam and bottom plate are welded from premium Q-235A ductile iron and undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
7. The plunger, made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, possesses a surface with high hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth is 8-15mm with HRC 60-70 hardness, ensuring a long lifespan.
