1. The cylinder (piston) boasts an exceptional seals structure, ingeniously designed for superb functionality. It incorporates premier quality YX type polyurethane seals, not rubber seals, specially chosen for their superior oil resistance and remarkable resilience against aging.Our advanced machine integrates a double seals configuration, ensuring effortless maintenance and enhanced protection of the seals components.

2. Automatic Control: This state-of-the-art system provides seamless automation, including automatic mold closing, exhaust management, precise heating, and consistent temperature stabilization, coupled with automated timing for vulcanization. It further enhances productivity with automatic alarms, mold opening, and more, streamlining your workflow efficiently.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is conveniently adjustable and displayed digitally, offering precision and ease of monitoring.

4. Customizing the vulcanizing time is a breeze via the PLC screen. Simply set the desired duration, for instance, one minute. Upon reaching the set time, the machine will promptly alarm and automatically open the mold.

5. The pillar is crafted from premium quality #45 steel, significantly enhancing hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive durability through meticulous quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly constructed from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Following welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to effectively eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation, ensuring structural integrity.

7. The plunger, forged from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, features a surface with exceptional hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth ranges from 8-15mm, with a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, guaranteeing a prolonged lifespan.

8. Predominantly, our hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
