1. The cylinder (piston) utilizes a durable seal structure with an innovative design and reliable function. It features high-quality YX-type polyurethane seals that are oil and aging resistant. Our machine incorporates a double-sealing structure for easy maintenance and protection.
2. Comprehensive automatic control: covers mold closing, exhausting, heating with stable temperature maintenance, timing for vulcanization, alarming, and mold opening.Ensures seamless automatic vulcanization processes with built-in alarms and automatic mold opening functionality.
3. The digital display shows the set vulcanizing temperature clearly for precise control.
4. Easily set vulcanizing time via the PLC screen. For instance, if you wish to vulcanize for 1 minute, simply set it, and the machine will alert and open the mold automatically upon completion.
5. The pillar is crafted from premium #45 steel, significantly improving hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering.
6. The top beam and bottom plate are constructed from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
7. The plunger is manufactured from LG-P cold hard alloy steel with a surface hardness of HRC 60-70 and a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm, ensuring long-lasting durability.
