2. The tilting mechanism is expertly designed, featuring a robust brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and a TP type worm and worm gear assembly. This configuration enables the mixing chamber to effortlessly tilt up to 140 degrees, providing superior access around the front rotor for efficient operations.
3. The rotor shaft wing body and corners are fortified with wear-resistant alloy welding. Additionally, the rotor shaft, mixing chamber's inner walls, upper ram surface, and other stock-contact surfaces are either hardened, polished, and hard chrome-plated or enhanced with wear-resistant alloy welding. This results in exceptional wear and corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity and premium performance.
4. The rotor shaft boasts an integral structure, with the rotor wing body securely welded onto the bored shaft. This design significantly enhances the rotor's strength and stiffness. Furthermore, the rotor's inner wing body cavity allows for the circulation of cooling water or heating steam, optimizing thermal control.
5. The mixing chamber is ingeniously designed with a jacket-type hollow structure, while the upper ram is hollow to maximize cooling or heating surface area, ensuring effective temperature control for consistent mixing results.
