1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates advanced seal structures with a thoughtful design and reliable functionality. It employs top-quality YX type polyurethane seals, which are oil and aging resistant. Our machine uses a double seal structure for easy maintenance and protection.
2. Fully automated control system: automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating, stable temperature maintenance, automated timing forvulcanization, alarm systems, and automatic mold opening.
3. The vulcanizing temperature is digitally displayed and easily adjustable.
4. Vulcanizing time is programmable via the PLC screen. Set the time, and once it elapses, the machine will alarm and automatically open the mold for you.
5. The pillar is crafted from high-quality #45 steel, with enhanced hardness, wear, and abrasion resistance due to quenching and tempering processes.
6. The top beam and bottom plate are constructed from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
7. The plunger is made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, with a surface of high hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth is 8-15mm, and hardness is HRC 60-70, ensuring longevity.
8. Primary hydraulic components are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
