1. The cylinder (piston) is meticulously crafted with a superior seal structure, offering a thoughtfully designed and dependable operation. Featuring premium YX type polyurethane seals, known for their exceptional oil resistance and durability against aging, our machine integrates a dual seal structure. This not only ensures easy replacement but also provides robust protection.

2. Seamless Automation: Experience the convenience of automatic mold closing, efficient air exhaust, precise temperature control, and stable heat maintenance. Our system excels in automated timing, ensuring each process step, includingvulcanization, is accompanied by prompt alerts and automatic mold opening, all designed for optimal efficiency.

3. Enjoy the flexibility of setting and digitally displaying the vulcanizing temperature, ensuring precision and ease of monitoring.

4. With the PLC screen, setting vulcanizing time is a breeze. Simply input the desired duration, such as 1 minute, and let the system take over. Upon completion, an alert is triggered, followed by an automatic mold release.

5. The pillars boast high quality #45 steel construction, significantly enhanced in hardness, wear resistance, and abrasion resilience through meticulous quenching and tempering processes.

6. Constructed from premium Q-235A ductile iron, the top beam and bottom plate form are expertly welded and subsequently undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment. This meticulous process effectively eliminates internal stress, safeguarding against deformation.

7. The plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, offering superior surface hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer, with its impressive 8-15mm depth and HRC 60-70 hardness, ensures the plunger's extended lifespan.
