1. The cylinder (piston) is meticulously crafted with a superior seal structure, offering a thoughtfully designed and dependable operation. Featuring premium YX type polyurethane seals, known for their exceptional oil resistance and durability against aging, our machine integrates a dual seal structure. This not only ensures easy replacement but also provides robust protection.

6. Constructed from premium Q-235A ductile iron, the top beam and bottom plate form are expertly welded and subsequently undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment. This meticulous process effectively eliminates internal stress, safeguarding against deformation.
7. The plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, offering superior surface hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer, with its impressive 8-15mm depth and HRC 60-70 hardness, ensures the plunger's extended lifespan.
